Architectural Change Request
The Declarations require that an owner must obtain the prior written approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for ANY exterior alteration or addition to property within our Association. To comply with the Declarations, please complete this form and forward a detailed drawing or blueprint of the proposed alteration to the review committee. Please provide a detailed description of the desired alteration or addition below. If you have a blueprint or documentation to be included, please attach that as well.
Please note that the HOA has 30 days to approve/deny your request. We make every attempt to reply to your request within a few days, as time permits. If you have any questions regarding the process please reference the Resource Center.
