Well, it’s been a year of ups and downs for the Austin housing market but real estate has fared pretty well here in Onion Creek. Of the properties listed with the MLS, 46 homes and condos sold -- that's quite a few new neighbors for us to meet.  Sold prices ranged from $140,000 for a 1,200 sq. ft. condo to $365,000 for a home on the golf course. The year has started off with a bang. Two homes have sold and six properties are under contract.  There are 38 properties listed with condos priced from $139,900 to $264,000 and houses in the $204,000 to $650,000 range. There are ten houses listed below $300,000 and five above $400,000. Square-foot prices for homes range from $95 to $178/

ft. with $120/ft. as the average.

            Let’s hope this positive trend continues, and more people discover our South Austin gem of a neighborhood.
