Q.          Who do we contact at the city for noise abatement?

A.          Call 311 for any non-emergency city-related issues.

Q.          How much did we charge the City of Austin for our wastewater treatment plant to ?

A.          $9 million. However, the sale was between LIC (owner of the facility) and the City of Austin. It isn't clear  whether or not the city just took it, which is the way it was set up with state legislation. The end result did not impact the HOA budget.

Q.          What can be done about the increased truck traffic on Pinehurst and River Plantation?

A.          The city trucks hauling wastewater from the Bradshaw Crossing Development are supposed to exit on Bradshaw and not drive through Onion Creek. If trucks are seen on River Plantation or Pinehurst, contact security and give them the name of the truck and the time they were seen and security will notify the city. 

Q.          Why did OC Security respond to the thefts at Harley-Davidson and Craig'Os? 

A.          These commercial properties are part of our HOA and pay dues and are entitled to security services.
